Position Summary: The Supply Chain & International Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This role ensures the company has the right materials, in the right quantity, at the right time, while minimizing costs and avoiding stock shortages or excess.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production schedules without overstocking.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and implement effective inventory control measures.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and other departments to forecast material requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.
• Track and analyze inventory KPIs (turnover, shrinkage, lead times) and provide regular reports to management.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve procurement and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of international procurement, supplier sourcing, vendor negotiation, and inventory control.
• Experience coordinating with international suppliers, particularly Mandarin-speaking vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze purchasing data, manage lead times, and make cost-effective procurement decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
