crackerJCK is a performance marketing agency. We run paid media and creative strategy for eCommerce and DTC brands.

We’re looking for a Paid Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to work on one account: a US peptide health and wellness brand. You’ll help build its paid acquisition from the ground up, starting with Meta and expanding into Google.

Peptides are one of the most regulated categories in paid media. The rules change often, and a single policy mistake can put an ad account at risk. That’s why we need someone who has done this before, and who knows how to grow a brand while keeping it compliant.

We play by the rules. We’re looking for someone who builds approved, sustainable campaigns, not someone who looks for ways around ad policies.

We use AI every day, and we expect you do too.

What You’ll Do

Media buying:

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta campaigns, then help expand into Google
• Structure accounts and tests so we learn quickly and spend wisely
• Track performance and turn results into clear next steps
• Keep the ad accounts healthy: monitor policy updates, prevent disapprovals, and handle reviews and appeals when needed

Creative strategy:

• Develop ad concepts and angles that perform and stay within platform and FDA/FTC guidelines
• Come up with hook ideas and test them
• Use performance data to decide which concepts to scale, change, or stop
• Share what you learn with our team so creative production stays focused on what works

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of paid media experience
• Hands-on experience running paid ads for a peptide brand
• Strong Meta Ads experience with DTC or eCommerce brands
• A clear understanding of Meta’s and Google’s health and pharmaceutical ad policies

Nice to have:

• Experience with other regulated health categories, such as telehealth, supplements, GLP-1, or TRT
• Familiarity with LegitScript certification and how it affects ad approvals
• Experience recovering or protecting ad accounts in a restricted category
• Google Ads experience in healthcare
