How you will impact the organization…

The Client Services Onboarding and Implementation Specialist role encompasses components of eFax project implementation, solutions consulting, customer support, training, and product feedback. This role is responsible for the entire customer experience acting as a partner during their solution implementation.

• Install, setup and create automation workflows using the SST application
• Install, setup, and build out All Access solutions on customer servers
• Clarity CD implementation driver
• Meeting CCSI Project Implementation standards for delivery
• Status reporting; project summarization via weekly calls/emails/meetings (internal and external)
• Knowledge Transfer engagements
• Documenting progress in provided tracking systems
• Coordinating, scheduling & execution of customer project training sessions
• Active participation in team scrums
• Training on Consensus eFax product suite
• Training on Consensus Summit Automation tools (including All Access)
• Internal Team Cooperation
• Collaboration with other team members and cross functional teams
• Assist product team with Clarity AI prompting, teaching AI to find needed data
• Provide internal feedback on products and solutions
• Continued growth in product knowledge across the entire product and solution base of the team
• Advocate for customer needs based on current market
• Optional opportunity for On Call duties for CS Support team

What you will bring to the table…

• 2+ years of customer service experience with direct client interaction and issue/task resolution responsibilities
• 2+ years practical experience with troubleshooting technical issues
• Very strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with clients to analyze, design, recommend and document workflows
• Aptitude to classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections
• Automation tool experience (scripting) desired
• Critical thinking in all aspects of the role
• Create and nurture working relationships with hiring teams and other internal stakeholders
• Accuracy in communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Resourcefulness to implement creative solutions
• Initiative to expand role related knowledge

• Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S.
• Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
• Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time

• Work hours; We're looking for someone to support our East Coast operations. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Eastern Time or Pacific Time (starting at 6:00 AM PT).
• This position is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a more extensive background check through the Federal Government as a Public Trust Position. Requirements include (subject to change), but are not limited to, active U.S. Citizenship or green card holder residing in the U.S. for a minimum of 3 consecutive years and working location is in the U.S.

Salaried Roles

The salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $67,500.00 annually . The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
