The Role
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and operate intelligent workflows and conversational a gents at scale. This role bridges the gap between advanced AI development (Python, LLMs) and enterprise operations (Microsoft Stack, Azure).
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical AI solutions: developing custom agents, integrating them with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake), and ensuring robust observability (Splunk) in cloud environments. If you thrive in complex ecosystems and know how to turn AI capabilities into tangible business value—while leveraging tools like Cursor IDE or GitHub Copilot to accelerate your own delivery—this high-impact role is for you.
What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
-
AI & Agentic Development: Design and build conversational solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and custom Python architectures.
-
Enterprise Integration: Connect AI agents and automated workflows seamlessly with enterprise data ecosystems, specifically Snowflake and SharePoint.
-
Cloud & Infrastructure: Architect and operate resilient, large-scale cloud infrastructures on Azure, managing deployments via CI/CD pipelines (YAML, GitOps patterns).
-
Observability & Governance: Develop advanced monitoring, logging, and auditing strategies using Splunk to track agent performance, latency, and operational bottlenecks.
-
Engineering Excellence: Actively leverage AI-assisted development tools (Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, improve code quality, and set best practices for the team.
-
Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams, providing technical direction, participating in client discussions, and recommending emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Automation roles with demonstrated impact at an enterprise scale.
-
4+ years of hands-on experience developing with Python (building robust backend services, APIs, and data integrations).
-
2+ years of experience designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) and Power Automate .
-
Proven experience building agentic workflows or AI pipelines, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into business processes.
-
Solid cloud expertise, strongly focused on Azure (AWS is a plus).
-
Experience integrating applications or agents with Snowflake .
-
Proven background in building high-volume logging and monitoring ecosystems (e.g., Splunk , multi-region ingestion, automated reporting).
-
Daily active user of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, ChatGPT) to optimize engineering workflows.
-
Bilingual English
Nice to Have
-
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts, YAML).
-
Familiarity with modern AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
-
Experience with SharePoint integrations, reusable modules, and reproducible infrastructure standards.
Benefits
-
100% remote work.
-
High-impact strategic role with autonomy and ownership.
-
Opportunity to scale cloud and automation practices in global environments.
