AI Sales Solutions Engineer | Eastern US

The Role

As our AI Sales Solutions Engineer, you’ll be CM.com’s technical lead for the US region, the go-to expert who translates our AI-powered customer engagement portfolio into real business value for colleagues, partners, and customers. You’ll pair deep product and AI fluency with a coach’s instinct, running technical discovery, demos, and enablement sessions that build confidence and move deals forward. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of sales engineering and applied AI.

You will:

• Act as the primary technical SME for the US region, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to scope, demo, and position the CM.com portfolio — including our AI Agents — against customer needs.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design for prospects and customers, translating business requirements into concrete, credible CM.com implementations.
• Coach and enable colleagues and partners on the business value of CM.com’s AI capabilities through training sessions, playbooks, and hands-on support that build their technical fluency and confidence.
• Represent the voice of the field back to Product and Engineering, surfacing patterns from customer and partner conversations that sharpen our roadmap and go-to-market positioning.
• Use AI tools actively to improve your own work: experiment, automate, and share what works with your team.
