About the Role
Join a customer-facing technical team at an AI communications software company, working across product, engineering, and go-to-market. You will own production deployments and turn customer needs and live feedback into reliable, repeatable implementations.
What You'll Do

Translate customer requirements into robust production workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.

Lead deployments and build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and common authentication patterns.

Write and test glue code and features, with appropriate monitoring and logging.

Debug production issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deliver timely fixes.

Create reusable deployment templates and playbooks to improve consistency and scale.

Share recurring customer pain points and product recommendations with internal teams.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of practical experience translating customer requirements into production implementations.

Production experience with LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and failure modes.

Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth or API keys, and third-party integrations.

Strong coding skills for implementation, testing, monitoring, and logging, plus cloud deployment and observability fundamentals.

German proficiency at B2 level or above. Exceptional candidates without German proficiency may also be considered.

Voice or telephony integrations are a plus. TypeScript, Python, SQL, workflow automation, and privacy experience are also useful.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is €60,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
