About the Role
This Principal Product Manager will help a small, hands-on team build an AI-driven platform for a marketing services business. The role focuses on rethinking operational workflows, prototyping solutions, and working with engineering to turn successful ideas into reliable systems.
What You'll Do

Identify important operational problems and prototype solutions using AI tools and real-world data.

Partner with engineers to productionize prototypes as reliable, scalable systems.

Define measurable outcomes for complex operational challenges and use data to assess impact.

Build a decision engine that supports varied user needs and replaces third-party reporting tools.

Shape closed-loop attribution capabilities that connect client actions with business outcomes.

Design platform capabilities for multiple business units and industries, balancing shared features with configurable elements.

Engage directly with users and data to understand workflows and simplify or remove unnecessary steps.
What We're Looking For

Experience building and shipping functional software prototypes with AI coding tools and real-world data.

Experience designing AI-driven systems that account for failure modes, edge cases, and production requirements.

Strong systems thinking, including the ability to assess second-order effects, blast radius, and long-term design implications.

Ability to define operational problems in measurable terms and validate solutions with data.

Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $160,000 to $230,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
