What You Will Do
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. This is the connective layer that lets customers use Lattice performance data inside the AI tools they already work in (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Slack), and that brings third-party productivity data (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Linear, Zoom, Asana) into Lattice. As AI becomes the center of gravity for how companies work, this surface is how Lattice stays connected, interoperable, and indispensable. You’ll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together you’ll make ecosystem interoperability a reason customers choose and stay with Lattice.
