Sales Development Representative (SaaS) - Remote

Qualify and convert inbound SaaS leads into qualified meetings for AEs through first-touch conversations, calls, and consistent follow-ups. Required. Strong experience in inbound lead qualification and first-touch conversations. Comfortable making 50–70 calls daily, including follow-ups.

Experience with email and WhatsApp-based prospect follow-ups. Strong understanding of lead intent, urgency, and qualification. Good CRM hygiene and ability to track sales activity and metrics.

Strong verbal and written communication. Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced SaaS environment. Average work tenure at current or previous organisation should not be less than a year Responsibilities Qualify inbound leads based on intent, urgency, and fit.

Conduct first-touch conversations with prospects. Make 50–70 calls daily and manage follow-ups through email and WhatsApp. Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Maintain consistent follow-ups across active leads. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. Track and maintain key SDR activity and conversion metrics.
