At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions.

With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy.

We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.

We are looking for an Adoption Lead to drive user adoption, engagement, and change management for a portfolio of enterprise digital products used by a global client across multiple regions, segments, and personas. You will own the adoption and change strategy end to end: define what success looks like, measure it, and work with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn insights into prioritized actions that make the products something users want to use. You'll work in a SAFe/Agile environment alongside the GPM, Product Owners, Digital Strategist, Lead Designer, RTE, and business stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Define and execute the adoption and change management strategy for the product portfolio.
  • Build the product desirability strategy (basic needs, performance needs, and delighters) together with the GPM, PO, Digital Strategist, and Lead Designer.
  • Define and run the AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) framework with the GPM and Digital Strategist.
  • Set up KPI tracking for usage, adherence, adoption, and simplification with the Engineering team, then monitor these indicators with analytics tools such as Piano, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Produce regular adoption reports and present insights and recommendations to product and business stakeholders.
  • Map and prioritize features by persona, region, segment, and offering, and coordinate with PMs, Designers, and Tech Leads to prioritize actions and features based on the desirability strategy.
  • Work with the Lead Designer and GPM/PO to identify and reduce friction across user journeys.
  • Plan and execute communication and training for product rollouts, including a communication calendar, reusable templates, and targeted adoption campaigns.
  • Engage directly with end users to collect feedback, understand their needs, and build advocacy for the products.

What we're looking for

  • Fluent French (required), plus fluent English for day-to-day work with global stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in product adoption , change management, digital transformation, or customer success for digital products in a corporate environment.
  • Hands-on experience defining and tracking product KPIs, and turning data into clear, actionable reports for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Piano, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar).
  • Knowledge of product growth frameworks such as AARRR and the Kano model (basic needs, performance needs, delighters).
  • Experience planning communication and training campaigns for large, distributed user bases.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/SAFe environments with multiple product and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence prioritization without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Background in UX research , service design, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with multinational clients across different regions and cultures.
