And business expansions for established companies What You'll Be Doing Specifically: Work 40 hours per week from 9 am to 5 pm EST in a fully remote environment. Join daily team meetings and regular communication with management to stay aligned and high-earning. Lead 1-on-1 video sales calls with warm prospective customers who are ready to talk. Follow our proven 7-phase sales script to guide prospects from their current problems to a final decision. Navigate tough concerns and close the deal to hit your monthly revenue targets. Take 6 booked inbound calls each day. Be active and a meaningful contributor to our sales team. Set additional appointments from outbound calls and referrals. Keep the CRM (Close) & sales tracker updated with detailed notes after every call you take. Meet with a sales manager for monthly performance reviews to look at your wins and sharpen your high-ticket closing techniques. Our top two closers have both closed $100k cash weeks and $300k+ months. High earners have made $45k+ commission months + fun company incentives for performance. As a closer, you will be stepping into a proven environment where your skill set will flourish and make you one of the highest-earning salespeople in the remote high-ticket sales industry. At a steady pace of 6 calls/day minimum up to 14/day (possible but not recommended), your expected take-home has no limit beyond your desire to make money and push your potential. Doing what’s expected of you will earn you $15,000/mo, above and beyond will mean $40,000+/mo. You will be speaking with leads who come fresh off of our 4x 100% live weekly webinars, primarily driven by our massive organic following and paid advertising. We will also expect you to be willing to outbound dial should it mean it brings you more opportunity. Be professional when it comes to managing your pipeline to prevent wasted leads and opportunities. Perks of the Job Earnings - OTE $250-$300k per year. Inbound leads - Daily pre-qualified appointments by our webinar funnel + appointment setters. Coaching - we do provide coaching, but encourage to pursue sales training outside of what’s provided here. This is an environment for top 1% salespeople only. Flexibility - Remote, work from anywhere. Set your own schedule within reasonable boundaries. Freedom to take time off and vacation if notified in advance. Growth - You'll be a team member alongside a group of 20+ other closers for a company generating 5,000 leads per week and scaling toward 10,000 leads per week, 4x live weekly webinars, 20+ full-time appointment setters and $10,000 average order value. Compensation: Tier 1: 10% commission up to $150k = $15,000 Tier 2: 12% commission over $150k = $18,000 Tier 3: 13% commission at $200k+ = $26,000+ Funded Deals Start At: 8.5% commission The Tier 2 rate (12% commission) also applies to self-set and closed appointments. Top Producer Bonus: $250 Paid-in-full bonus of $50 per sale Every 6 months, the top producer on new cash gets a company-gifted Rolex. AAt a steady pace of 20-30 deals per month, your expected take-home is $20,000-$30,000+ per month once fully ramped. There is no cap on your earnings. The more you close, the more you make. Lead flow is consistent. We are able to generate 5,000 leads per week. We are looking to scale to 10,000 leads per week as we grow. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum of 1 year of high-ticket sales experience (phone or video calls) Proven track record of closing deals of $9,000+. Fluent English (written and spoken) Coachable: you follow the script, take feedback, and put your ego aside Self-disciplined and able to work independently Comfortable with Zoom, Slack, and Close Preferred: Familiar with selling coaching and digital services.
