We are looking for a Junior Treasury Specialist to join our team and support daily operations. You will work with payments, recurring payments, cash flow accounting, reconciliations, and reporting processes, while contributing to process optimization and automation.

What you will do:

  • Process payments through assigned payment methods (PayPal, bank wire).
  • Manage the internal corporate project related to recurring payments and maintain the Payment Calendar.
  • Process recurring payments for corporate resources and record them in JIRA for further accounting in QuickBooks.
  • Monitor the team's corporate communication channels.
  • Communicate with contractors regarding payment-related matters.
  • Account for cash flow movements in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Reconcile balances on assigned corporate accounts with the data in the accounting system throughout the reporting month.
  • Participate in the reporting period closing process.
  • Search for solutions to optimize and automate department processes.
  • Write and update department instructions and policies.
  • Participate in global department tasks.

What we expect from you:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields.
  • 1–1.5 years of work experience in the field of finance, preferably in an IT industry environment.
  • MS Excel, Google Sheets at an Advanced level.
  • English — Intermediate (must be sufficient for written communication).

Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge and experience with different payment systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with JIRA and accounting software/ERP systems (1C, BAS, QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
  • Experience working with large datasets in Excel, Google Sheets.
