We're BlueCat—a Great Place to Work for good reason. Our team solves critical network challenges for some of the world's largest organizations. In simple terms, we manage the systems that keep networks running smoothly, securely, and reliably—the backbone infrastructure that powers digital transformation for enterprises globally. Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers and enables AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying how companies manage, secure, and optimize their networks.

But what makes us different is how we work: we believe great work happens in an environment where you're trusted, heard, and supported. With teams globally, we're building a workplace culture that values collaboration and integrity as much as innovation. If you're looking to advance your career with a company that invests in its people, this is it.

We’re hiring a Billing and Collections Manager to own billing accuracy, collections performance, and cash flow forecasting, and to lead the Billing and Collections team. You’ll set the collection strategy, manage escalations on strategic accounts, and develop the team.

What you’ll do

Team leadership

Lead, coach, and develop Billing and Collections Specialists, including onboarding, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Set priorities, allocate workload, and hold the team to clear accuracy and cash collection targets.
Build team documentation and standard processes.

Billing operations

Own billing accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Resolve discrepancies, credits, adjustments, and invoicing issues, and act as the escalation point for complex cases.
Drive continuous improvement in billing accuracy and efficiency.

Collections and AR management

Own the collections strategy for strategic and high-value accounts.
Reduce aging receivables and improve cash flow.
Manage escalations and make the call on payment risk and account health.

Reporting and forecasting

Own AR aging, collections, and cash flow forecast reporting.
Track billing and collections KPIs, identify trends and risks, and give leadership clear recommendations.

Process, controls, and cross-functional work

Lead automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives.
Own internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance for billing and collections.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to resolve accounts.

What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in accounting, finance, revenue operations, or credit and collections are a plus.
7+ years in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or related finance operations, including 2+ years leading or mentoring a team.
Advanced understanding of billing, collections, account reconciliation, and revenue operations.
Experience resolving complex billing disputes and managing escalations.
Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and financial systems.
Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.

If you share our enthusiasm for the future of our company and are eager to contribute to our vibrant workplace, we look forward to receiving your application! Our comprehensive benefits encompass your health, financial well-being, and overall wellness, and we are committed to providing an exceptional work environment, enriching employee programs, and fostering a remarkable company culture. At our core, we champion values such as transparency, curiosity, respect, and above all, the pursuit of enjoyment.

In addition, we offer a range of appealing perks, including:

A Professional Development Budget

Dedicated Wellness Days and Wellness Week

A Lifestyle Spending Account

An Employee Recognition Program

Join us in shaping the future of our organization, where your talent and dedication can truly thrive. We invite you to apply and become a valuable member of our team!
