Technical Success Engineer SW

And we're now one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe. We are in search of a Technical Success Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar . In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of our solutions while serving as a technical expert for customer success initiatives. Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role. What you’ll be doing: Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, bridging the gap between client needs and engineering teams Influence the implementation of Bloq.it ’s solutions for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction Proactively monitor every data available to ensure customer success Create and Apply mitigations to fleet wide detected issues Provide technical expertise and guidance on the solution’s architecture, APIs, and overall functionality Develop and improve processes to streamline delivery, ensuring scalability and efficiency Support customers post-sales by troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices Collaborate with the engineering team to address client inquiries and improve customer satisfaction Design and present business cases or technical challenges to assess and refine customer-specific processes. What you’ll bring to the table: 3+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, Delivery Manager, or a related field Strong technical expertise, with a proven ability to understand and explain complex systems Ability to read read programming languages mainly Python and Javascript Experience with SQL (Postgresql) and non SQL databases (mongodb) Understanding of APIs and integrations; Proven ability to work in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Demonstrated expertise in creating and improving processes from scratch Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English. It would be great if you would also have: Experience in the smart locker or logistics industry Experience in Problem Management Fluency in other European languages like French, Italian or German Proficiency with technical tools such API documentation platforms.
