Head of Streamers & Influencers - Crypto Casino

About us

We're building a crypto casino brand for a new kind of player – people who live online, know the culture, and expect more than another faceless betting site. Fast product and controversial marketing with unique takes on games. We're early-stage and well-backed with a proprietary product.

The Role

Streamers and influencers are critical to brands in our space, and we're looking for someone to own that channel end to end. You'll build and run our entire streamer and influencer programme – finding the right partners, structuring the deals, and turning those relationships into a repeatable, measurable engine for growth.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll have a budget, the freedom to move fast, and the runway to prove what works. As the channel scales, you'll build and lead the team around you.

What you'll do

• Own the streamer and influencer channel end to end – from strategy through to execution and results.
• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with streamers and influencers across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, X, and beyond.
• Negotiate and structure deals – CPA, revenue share, hybrid, flat – that drive growth while protecting margin.
• Manage partners day to day, keeping them engaged, performing, and aligned with the brand.
• Build the tracking, attribution, and reporting that shows exactly what each partner is delivering.
• Develop the creative, assets, and incentives that make our partners want to work with us.
• Spot emerging creators and platforms early, and move before the rest of the market does.
• Work closely with the management team to align the channel with wider acquisition and lifetime value.
• Hire and lead the streamer and influencer team as we scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience running streamer or influencer marketing in crypto casino, iGaming or sports betting.
• An existing network of streamers, influencers, agencies, or affiliate networks – or a demonstrated ability to build one fast.
• Start-up or small-company experience – you've built things from scratch in a lean, fast-moving environment and don't need a big team or a ready-made playbook.
• Hands-on knowledge of how creator deals work – how to find the right partners, structure the terms, and turn it into measurable growth.
• Strong grasp of acquisition economics, attribution, and deal structuring.
• Sharp commercial instincts and a numbers-driven approach to decisions.
