About

There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.

Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.

Role

  • Lead product requirements, user journeys, feature priorities and acceptance criteria based on user needs and business objectives

  • Work with design and engineering to develop intuitive product experiences and ensure features meet user expectations

  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritise features based on user value, business impact and development effort

  • Coordinate product development from planning and design through testing, launch and iteration

  • Analyse product usage, user feedback and performance metrics to improve activation, engagement and retention

  • Research user behaviour, competing products and market trends to identify product opportunities and inform decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience in consumer technology, mobile applications or software products

  • Strong product sense, with the ability to identify user problems and translate them into simple, intuitive product experiences

  • Experience defining product requirements, user journeys and feature specifications in collaboration with design and engineering

  • Proven track record of shipping products or features with measurable improvements in user adoption, engagement or retention

  • Ability to prioritise product decisions based on user needs, business objectives, available resources and development effort

  • Strong analytical skills, including defining product success metrics, interpreting user behaviour and using data to guide improvements

  • Good understanding of software development processes and ability to communicate product requirements and trade-offs with engineering teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or scaling consumer mobile applications

  • Experience launching new products or features across international markets

  • Technical background or previous software engineering experience

  • Experience with AI-powered consumer products or AI-native user experiences
