AI Content Producer

About the role:

We are looking for an AI Content Producer to strengthen our AI capabilities within content production and help implement AI-driven solutions across our existing production workflows.

This role focuses on the implementation, optimization, and scaling of AI tools . You will work closely with creative and content teams, as well as external partners, to ensure a stable, efficient, and scalable AI production pipeline.

You will combine hands-on experience with AI tools and a producer’s mindset, taking ownership of the quality, efficiency, and speed of AI-generated content.

Your impact:

• Manage, optimize, and maintain AI production pipelines for photo, video, graphic, and text content.
• Research, test, select, and integrate AI tools into production and post-production workflows.
• Generate and process AI content, including automated editing, upscaling, and short-form content adaptation.
• Produce performance-driven creatives and support content scaling.
• Develop and refine prompts for scripts, videos, and reusable content templates.
• Ensure content quality and consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Source and coordinate external contractors for AI-related projects.
• Run AI experiments and A/B tests to evaluate creative performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you:

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for text, image, and video creation.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to adapt prompts to different creative and technical requirements.
• Experience in digital marketing, content production, or post-production.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a systematic and production-oriented mindset.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the fitness, wellness, or fashion industry.
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
