Cloud Engineer

Join a US-based retail tech company that uses AI to power product discovery and visual merchandising for leading fashion and home brands. You’ll be part of a small, hands-on infrastructure team supporting a GCP migration and the platform behind its products.

In this role, you’ll implement and operate cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. That includes building Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, deploying containerized workloads on GKE and Cloud Run, and improving reliability, observability, and cost efficiency. You’ll work closely with engineering, security, and finance, alongside senior engineers who set the architecture. That gives you a clear path to grow toward senior-level ownership of the platform.

Requirements

Tech Stack

• 3+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Solid hands-on Google Cloud Platform experience across core services
• Working experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Working understanding of GCP networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• English proficiency
• Based in LATAM
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GKE is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Helm is a plus
• Working experience with Linux, Bash, or Python is a plus

Bonus Skills

• Google Cloud Associate or Professional certification
• Exposure to ML/AI infrastructure such as Vertex AI
• Experience with BigQuery
• Exposure to SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
