Remote Sales Coach – Consultative Sales

FLEET Response · Remote, United States

Base salary $75,000–$95,000 (based on experience) · Full benefits + 401(k) match · Unlimited PTO · Work from anywhere in the U.S.

You've already proven you can sell. You've built referral relationships, found the real pain in a conversation, and asked for the business when it was time.

Now the question is how many other people you can teach to do the same.

FLEET Response is hiring a remote Sales Coach to develop the salespeople across our nationwide network of restoration companies — reps who sell to plumbers, insurance agents, property managers and commercial accounts, where the money is made in repeat referral relationships. You've lived that kind of selling. In this role, your experience becomes their results.

Why this move makes sense

When you sell, your income depends on your own calendar. When you coach, your impact scales across a whole portfolio of reps.

The salary is steady. The challenge is bigger. And the payoff is watching someone hit numbers they didn't believe they could reach — because you helped them get there.

You'll be coaching the craft you know

• Prospecting and opening doors with new referral sources

• Discovery that finds real pain, not polite interest

• The at-the-desk meeting and handling objections

• Farming: staying in front of active referral sources so they keep sending work

• Keeping a current Top-Ten list — ten accounts, each with a written next action and date

• Working a written sales plan, with clean CRM data behind it

And the part that's new: coaching people

Great sellers don't automatically make great coaches. Telling a rep what you would do isn't enough. This role asks you to:

• Draw out a rep's own thinking instead of handing over your playbook.

• Figure out what's really holding someone back — a skill gap or an ego threat — and coach the right one.

• Know when to encourage and when to push someone past the edge of their comfort zone.

• Hold people to the commitments they make, every week, without letting it slide.

You don't need to have it all mastered on day one. You'll work inside a defined coaching system with tiered one-on-one worksheets, AI analysis of your coaching calls, and weekly feedback on your own coaching.

How the work runs

Each week you run a kickoff and a one-on-one with every rep in your portfolio. Calls follow a set order: last week's commitment, the numbers, the pipeline, diagnosis, coaching, and a new commitment. Your coaching records feed a weekly leadership summary and monthly reviews with the leadership of each partner company.

Role details

• Remote (U.S.)

• Portfolio of 15–30 salespeople across FLEET Response partner companies nationwide

• 30-day onboarding on our sales methodology, company systems and your rep portfolio

• Methodology training, coaching tools and ongoing development support

• Reports to FLEET President

How you'll know you're winning

Your reps keep their commitments. Their sales plans are worked, their pipelines are healthy, and their farming is consistent. Newer reps reach each ramp milestone on time. And revenue climbs because the right behaviors are happening every week.
