Our products are sold direct to consumer, on Amazon, and at major retailers nationwide. We’re building a lean, in-house performance team that moves fast, tests constantly, and lets the data decide.

SeroVital is a beauty and wellness brand focused on helping women look and feel their best as they age. We are investing in TikTok as a long-term source of creator content, brand discovery, and customer growth, and we are looking for an experienced operator to lead that work.

About the Role

You will own the daily management and growth of SeroVital’s TikTok Shop and creator program. Your mandate is to build and scale the channel: develop productive creator relationships, deliver a steady supply of engaging content, reach new audiences, and grow Shop sales while improving performance over time.

This role combines creator partnerships, creator content development, social commerce operations, and paid media. You will work alongside our social media manager, who owns publishing on SeroVital’s TikTok account, and our existing videographer. With strategic direction from Calie Hill, you will connect creator output, Shop priorities, and advertising with the broader social media plan.

What You’ll Do

BUILD CREATOR AND AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIPS

• Build and grow a network of creators whose content and audiences align with SeroVital’s customers.
• Manage outreach, vetting, sampling, briefs, fees, commissions, contracts, deadlines, and follow-up from first contact through repeat partnerships.
• Secure content usage rights and creator advertising permissions, and maintain an organized record of deliverables and permissions.
• Identify productive partners and build recurring collaborations that expand content output and affiliate activity.

DEVELOP AND COORDINATE CREATOR CONTENT

• Own the creator content pipeline, from briefs and deliverables through approvals and handoff to the social media and paid media teams.
• Translate audience insights, trends, and creator performance into briefs and content concepts that support Shop growth and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate with the social media manager on content needs, product priorities, and delivery timing; provide approved assets and recommendations for the publishing calendar.
• Partner with our videographer on hooks, cutdowns, and adaptations of creator assets, and make approved content available across marketing channels within agreed usage rights.

RUN TIKTOK SHOP AND PAID MEDIA

• Manage Seller Center, product listings, merchandising, promotions, affiliate offers, and account health.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and customer care on inventory, shipping, returns, and order issues.
• Manage TikTok advertising with internal support, allocating spend across creative tests, website acquisition, and Shop growth.
• Work with regulatory reviewers on product eligibility, approved messaging, and creator content before activation.

MANAGE BUDGET AND PERFORMANCE

• Own the operating budget across advertising, creator fees, sampling, content rights, and contingency.
• Maintain a weekly scorecard covering usable content, creator productivity, qualified traffic, sales, and channel costs.
• Evaluate website acquisition separately from Shop activity, and translate results into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Identify constraints early and coordinate the resources needed to keep the channel growing.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience managing and growing a US TikTok Shop, including Seller Center operations and creator or affiliate programs.
• A track record of turning creator outreach into delivered content and ongoing partnerships, with examples of your direct contribution.
• Experience negotiating creator deliverables, fees, timelines, usage rights, and advertising permissions.
• Strong judgment about short-form content: you can explain why a hook, format, or creator works and how you would improve it.
• Practical experience managing TikTok advertising and using results to guide creative and budget decisions.
• Comfort interpreting conversion, acquisition costs, creator costs, and channel economics without relying only on views, follower counts, or platform-reported returns.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and communication across creators and internal teams.
• Familiarity with sponsored content disclosures and the care required when marketing beauty, wellness, or supplement products.

• Experience at a beauty, skincare, supplements, or wellness brand.
• A record of reaching women in midlife.
• Experience developing creator content for use across paid social, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Experience with TikTok LIVE.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will establish clear ownership of Shop operations and creator partnerships, build a dependable supply of approved assets, and create a smooth content handoff with the social media manager. You will put a growth roadmap in place, establish performance baselines, and agree on creator content, acquisition, and sales targets with your manager.

Over time, success means more usable content, productive recurring partnerships, qualified new audiences, growing Shop sales, and improving acquisition efficiency. You will use performance data to determine how to scale output and investment while keeping the team informed about costs and progress.
