We are looking for a translator proficient in Modern Eastern Aramaic , also commonly referred to as Syriac or Assyrian , depending on community and dialect.
Candidates identifying with Assyrian, Syriac, or related Eastern Aramaic traditions are welcome
We’re currently seeking linguists working from English into Modern Eastern Aramaic
Requirements:
- Native speaker of Modern Eastern Aramaic
- Proven experience in translation
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with CAT tools (XTM preferred)
- Experience with XTRF is a plus
- Availability to work during PST time
- Availability to work on same-day delivery projects
- ATA certification is a plus
