We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Content Factory team.

Your Main Responsabilities 📋 Analyze training needs and learning objectives to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Design educational materials (courses, modules, guides, manuals) using instructional methodologies. Develop interactive and multimedia content (videos, simulations, assessments) in collaboration with subject matter experts. Apply pedagogical principles and learning technologies (LMS, authoring tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate ).

Requisitos
What We’re Looking For 🔍 Education in pedagogy or a related field in instructional design. At least 4 years of proven experience in instructional design (portfolio required). Language proficiency : C1 English and B2 French . Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite .
