Why do we need you?

As a Platform Architect, you will create modern cloud systems, work with tools like AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and lead projects that really matter. You’ll support internal teams and clients from around the world.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build cloud platforms in AWS and Azure

  • Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD to automate work

  • Give tech advice to clients and design cloud solutions

  • Lead small teams and help junior engineers grow

  • Work with the sales team to plan technical solutions

  • Use Agile/Scrum methods for daily teamwork

  • Taking an active part in pre-sales activities: understanding client needs, proposing solutions, and supporting our teams to win deals.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years working with cloud systems or infrastructure

  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and tools like Terraform or Ansible

  • Linux experience and knowledge of networks (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, firewalls)

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

  • Strong project management and multitasking skills

  • Remote work experience and good time management

  • Programming knowledge (at least one language)

  • Experience in consulting or working with clients

  • Previous experience in pre-sales engineering (scoping, proposals) / Curiosity and business awareness to join pre-sales activities

  • English at C1 level (near-native)

  • Comfortable working across time zones (Europe and the US)

Nice to have:

  • AWS or Azure certificates

  • Experience with developer platforms

  • Knowledge of R, Spark, or tools for data pipelines

  • Project management certificate

  • Experience with data engineering

We offer:

  • Fully remote work within Europe or LATAM, with flexibility to collaborate across time zones and align working hours with project needs.

  • A senior architecture role with real influence - you design and evolve scalable cloud platforms used by global pharma and life sciences clients.

  • End-to-end ownership of platform architecture, from technical discovery and design to guiding delivery teams and advising clients.

  • Close collaboration with engineering, data, and sales teams, where your architectural decisions directly shape business outcomes.

  • Competitive B2B compensation aligned with seniority and impact, with clear and transparent terms.

  • A defined career path for architects, with opportunities to grow toward Principal and Staff-level responsibilities.

  • Time and budget for continuous professional development, including cloud certifications, training, and industry events.

  • Modern equipment (MacBook or ThinkPad with Linux) and a toolset designed for efficient, high-quality platform engineering.

  • A remote-first, trust-based culture that values ownership, technical excellence, and thoughtful decision-making over rigid processes.
