Remote IT Service Desk Analyst - India (6 month contract)

Remote IT Service Desk Analyst (India) – deliver written, English-language IT support to a global manufacturing organisation across Europe, Asia and the United States. This position will be 6 months contract. (possible to renew when the terms end) About the role. You are the remote first point of contact for IT across our international offices, resolving incidents and service requests through our ticketing platform.

Working primarily in writing (with AI-assisted translation), while also handling occasional calls and online meetings, you troubleshoot Microsoft 365, devices and access issues, keep tickets moving to agreed service levels, and coordinate with local IT colleagues when hands-on work is needed on site.

What you'll do. Handle first- and second-line tickets; troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive; administer accounts, mailboxes, licences and access in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; support users and devices remotely through approved remote-support tools; keep clear documentation and knowledge articles; and escalate complex issues with full context.

How we work. A fully remote, written-first support model based in India, with a daily overlap with European hours and clear progression towards senior service-desk, team-lead or specialist roles. You join a global IT team and are employed locally through our Employer of Record arrangement. Working from home is possible where the candidate’s home-working location has sufficiently fast and stable fibre internet connectivity.
