As we continue expanding, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter who understands the residential roofing industry and can help us attract talented professionals across our growing portfolio of companies.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated, experienced Corporate Recruiter with proven residential roofing recruiting experience, including successfully hiring commission-based Roofing Sales Representatives.

The primary focus of this position will be sales recruiting, but you will also support hiring across Accounting, Office Administration, Production, Call Centers, Intake Coordination, Operations, Management, and occasional Commercial Roofing positions.

The ideal candidate can independently manage the full recruiting process, develop job postings from scratch, and build strong relationships with all levels of leadership, including Sales Managers, General Managers, Managing Members, and executives.

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager, who will provide ongoing support and collaboration, while having the independence to manage your assigned positions.

This is a fully remote position requiring flexibility to support hiring needs across all U.S. time zones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, candidate submissions, and hiring coordination.
• Recruit primarily for Roofing Sales Representatives, while also supporting Accounting, Office Personnel, Production, Call Center, Intake Coordinator, Operations, and Leadership positions.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, motivation, and overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed summaries and recommendations.

Hiring Manager & Leadership Partnerships

• Partner with Sales Managers, Production Managers, General Managers, Managing Members, and executive leadership to understand hiring needs.
• Conduct intake discussions to establish job requirements, compensation structures, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers across multiple companies.
• Provide consistent recruiting updates, feedback, and recommendations.
• Adapt to different management styles while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach.

Job Postings & Candidate Sourcing

• Independently create professional job descriptions and compelling job postings from scratch.
• Post and manage openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
• Source active and passive candidates using creative recruiting strategies.
• Monitor posting performance and adjust sourcing strategies to improve applicant quality.
• Develop recruiting approaches for competitive markets and difficult-to-fill positions.

Recruiting Operations & Candidate Experience

• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruiting activity within the company's ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage multiple requisitions across different companies and geographic markets.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and provide regular recruiting updates.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to improve recruiting processes and results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Direct residential roofing recruiting experience, including successfully hiring commission-based Roofing Sales Representatives.
• Strong understanding of roofing sales, operations, and the qualifications needed for successful candidates.
• Ability to recruit across Sales, Accounting, Administration, Production, Customer Service, and Management.
• Proven ability to independently develop job descriptions and recruiting advertisements.
• Experience working directly with middle management, Managing Members, and executive leadership.
• Strong sourcing skills using Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Flexibility to support recruiting activities across Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation.
• Knowledge of professional recruiting practices and applicable hiring regulations.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.

Additional Advantages: Hands-on experience with BambooHR is a significant plus. Commercial roofing recruiting experience is also beneficial.
