QA Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead with 5-7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, mobile application testing, and test automation. The ideal candidate will lead QA activities, define testing strategies, manage QA team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure applications.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) , including native and hybrid apps.
• Hands-on experience with manual, automated, and end-to-end testing .
• Strong expertise with automation tools such as Appium and Selenium .
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test strategies, and test cases.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
• Experience with API testing and validation using tools such as Postman.
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter .
• Experience leading, mentoring, and managing QA teams.
• Ability to guide teams in automation, performance, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps environments .
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS .
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Java or Python .
• Experience with bug tracking, defect management, and test reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB Certification .
• Experience with security testing and application quality governance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of mobile application performance optimization and monitoring.
• Experience leading QA activities for enterprise-scale applications.
