Independent Contractor – CPT-11725 Social Media & Digital Marketing VA (Part-Time)/Marketing VA/Senior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage and execute marketing activities across social media, YouTube, blogs, email marketing, CRM campaigns, and community marketing initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring all marketing content is published, organized, and promoted effectively after video editing has been completed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, comfortable using AI tools, and capable of managing multiple marketing projects while maintaining consistent brand standards.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Social Media & Content Management

• Manage and maintain the content calendar across social media platforms.
• Schedule, publish, and repurpose content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
• Create and optimize captions, hashtags, CTAs, and post copy using AI tools.
• Coordinate graphics, thumbnails, and other publishing assets.
• Monitor content performance and ensure consistent branding and posting schedules.

YouTube Management

• Upload, publish, and organize video content.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, playlists, links, and other channel elements for engagement and visibility.
• Maintain content schedules and monitor basic performance metrics.

Marketing Operations & Project Management

• Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, deadlines, and recurring projects.
• Track projects from planning through publication and provide status updates.
• Maintain workflows using project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion.

Content Publishing & Email Marketing

• Publish and update blog and website content while applying basic SEO best practices.
• Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated outreach.
• Repurpose content into blogs, emails, and other marketing materials.

CRM & Database Marketing

• Maintain CRM databases, contact lists, and audience segments.
• Support automated marketing campaigns and follow-up workflows.
• Assist with client, referral partner, and sphere-of-influence marketing initiatives.

Community & Campaign Marketing

• Support community events, sponsorships, local marketing campaigns, and neighborhood outreach efforts.
• Coordinate promotional materials, campaign calendars, and recurring marketing touchpoints.
• Repurpose event content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and database marketing campaigns.

Canva, AI Tools & Asset Management

• Design and edit marketing assets, including social media graphics, newsletters, and thumbnails using Canva.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to create and refine marketing content.
• Proofread and verify AI-generated content before publication.
• Organize and maintain Google Drive folders, marketing assets, templates, and content libraries.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design.
• Experience with scheduling and publishing content.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Notion.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: TBD-CST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
