Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Bullet Echo team. In this role, you will combine strong operational management with a focus on developing and improving processes. You will work closely with a development team, ensure effective day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to make the way we work more efficient and structured.

What you'll do Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and ensure effective coordination across functions. Own and improve operational processes within your area of responsibility. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements from idea to implementation.

Work with the team and management to set priorities, goals, and ways of working. Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Contribute to competency matrices and clear expectations for different roles within the team.

Work with budgets, invoices, and other operational processes. Explore and implement AI and other modern tools to improve management and operational processes. What we're looking for 2+ years of experience managing a development team with ownership of delivery.

Experience in GameDev is a must. Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams. Strong operational management and process improvement skills.

Understanding of Agile and common project management approaches. Strong structured thinking and the ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships. High flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Experience in people and performance management. Ability to set clear expectations and establish appropriate evaluation criteria before assessing performance. Experience with competency frameworks, goal setting, feedback, and employee development.

Experience with budgets and invoices will be a plus. Interest in AI and new approaches to management and operational processes. Fluency in both English and Russian would be considered an advantage.
