Position Overview: The Operations Coordinator will manage a personal portfolio of 35–45 active shipments across Air Import, Ocean Import, and Domestic Trucking (approximately equal split across all three modes).
This is a purely hands-on, execution-focused role requiring strong attention to detail, solid freight forwarding fundamentals, and daily proficiency in CargoWise. The ideal candidate understands the full lifecycle of a USA import shipment, including customs clearance processes, and can manage high file volumes with accuracy and professionalism.
