Location: Remote (US BASED) Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST) About the Role Unity Communications is seeking a Telecom Customer Success Coordinator to support business wireless operations across U.S. telecom carriers. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.
Responsibilities Process new wireless activations, upgrades, and account modifications. Support telecom sales teams with customer account setup and order processing. Manage device orders, exchanges, returns, and customer requests.
Handle billing inquiries and customer escalations. Maintain accurate documentation and service tickets. Ensure all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualification High School Diploma or GED. 1–2 years of experience in Order Processing, Customer Service, Telecom Support, or related roles. Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
