We believe in collaboration, ownership, and the freedom to do your best work through a flexible hybrid work culture. Join us and help create a digital world where trust, transparency, and meaningful connections drive every interaction. To strengthen our Product Department, we are looking for a Senior Product Performance Analyst (m/f/d) (Hybrid in Cologne or Berlin / Full-time / Permanent contract) As a Senior Product Performance Analyst, you'll turn scattered data into clear direction: unified KPIs, consistent dashboards, and actionable insights that influence product strategy and prioritization.

Working closely with Product Managers and Product leadership, you'll help create a scalable data foundation that enables measurable decision-making across our Product organization. Your work will ensure that product investments, outcomes, and customer impact are guided by reliable data and transparent performance measurements.

Your Responsibilities Identify business requirements for data streams based on business processes and customer journeys and manage them independently. Turn data into clear stories: build high-quality standard reports, dashboards, and visualizations for a wide range of stakeholder groups.

Standardize reporting, KPI definitions, and tracking approaches across Product teams to improve consistency and data quality. Manage projects related to data provisioning from the data lake and ensure reliable access to relevant product data. Partner with Product Managers and Product leadership to develop new KPIs and evaluate product impact.

Act as a trusted advisor on measurement, tracking concepts, and performance evaluation within the Product organization. Support the product teams in the early stages of product development in formulating the right hypotheses and success metrics to shape the development phase and create the needed data points.
