About the Role:
Our client is a D2C ecommerce company looking for somebody who thrives in the gap between plan and execution. This person will work to close that gap across the organization. They’ll work closely with senior management, join every marketing call, and drive strategy from idea to done. If you like to move fast and get things done, this role is for you.
What you’ll own day to day:
- Creator and influencer outreach : We have a list of existing customers with real audiences (athletes' families, authors, creators with 1M+ followers, dental professionals); you’ll run outreach, follow-up, and tracking.
- Managing our Tribe creator platform : processing submissions, briefing creators, chasing deliverables.
- Follow-through on retention and marketing initiatives : making sure what we assigned to each vendor actually shipped, flagging what's stuck.
- General utility across marketing : light project coordination, getting assets where they need to go, keeping the trains moving.
Must Have
- 1 to 3 years in DTC or ecommerce marketing. Agency coordinators, brand marketing associates, or influencer marketing coordinators all fit.
- Bias to action over polish. We need someone who sends the email the same day, not someone who builds a deck about it.
- Comfortable being on calls with founders and taking direction straight from them.
- Familiarity with the usual stack is a plus: Shopify, Klaviyo, creator platforms, ClickUp.
- Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time CST hours (with potential for flexibility in the future)
