Systems/DevOps Engineer – Senior

Tech Stack: Saltstack Kubernetes Postgresql Kafka Redis Gitlab Vault Terraform/Pulumi ELK Zabbix/ Prometheus + Grafana Key Responsibilities: Communication and collaboration with product development team and stakeholders Setup and maintain infrastructure for production/staging environments Support and development of Gitlab CI pipelines React to monitoring events (periodical day/night duties) Improve infrastructure setup and maintenance processes Participate in the design of complex IT systems Required Experience: 3+ years of experience as a system engineer or SRE/DevOps Good understanding of Linux-like operating systems (Administration and troubleshooting) Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible / Saltstack / Terraform / Pulumi) Experience with Kubernetes+Helm Experience with Kafka Experience with Postgres Experience with configuration GItlab CI/CD pipelines Experience with domain management (CloudFlare/Route53) Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus stack/Zabbix) Higher technical education Intermediate or higher English (B1+) and strong command of Russian Nice to have: Experience with distributed systems Experience with Clickhouse Experience with Bash/Python/Go languages Experience with log aggregating systems (ELK/EFK stack) Experience with cloud provider services Experience with workflow in Agile like framework (Kanban/Scrum) Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to optimize workflows and support decision-making Our Benefits: Private health insurance Sports benefits Comprehensive Mental Health Program Free English lessons (online) Local language courses Paid time off Maternity leave support Referral program rewards Upskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events
