- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition — from sourcing to offer

- Be a trusted resource for teammates at every level of the organization
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (Required)
- You're a people-first thinker who leads with empathy and acts with intention
- Experienced with HR tools and systems (BambooHR or similar is a plus)
- Strong communicator — clear, warm, and professional
- Highly organized, discreet, and dependable
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup

- Noise-Cancelling Headset
- Dual Monitor is mandatory
