Job Description
As a Blending Coordinator , you will coordinate the activities across our sites in Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You will join a team of enthusiastic and committed colleagues and act as the key link between the customer and the various departments within the petroleum division.

You will be the primary point of contact for several key customers in the sector, ensuring proactive follow-up of ongoing activities and responding to all customer inquiries. When onboarding new customers or launching new assignments, you take the lead to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include: Maintaining frequent telephone contact with customers and continuously building strong professional relationships. Managing the daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders. You translate these into work instructions for our surveyors and laboratory staff and help ensure their correct execution.

Verifying outgoing reports and invoices that are sent to customers. Working closely with colleagues from the sales team and other departments such as inspection and laboratory services, contributing to strengthening SGS's market position.

Qualifications

You have a background in the petroleum industry and/or have become an expert in blending through relevant professional experience. Responsibility and customer focus are your greatest strengths. You set the right priorities, work proactively and are not afraid to take initiative.

You are a service-oriented professional who goes the extra mile for customers and always finds practical solutions to challenges. You are dynamic, driven and flexible, with strong self-confidence and excellent communication skills. You have a perfect command of English. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
