Data Engineer (Microsoft Fabric)

We are looking for a Mid/Senior Data Engineers with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric to join a project for a leading banking institution.

The project is currently in the MVP phase , following the completion of the Discovery phase. The team is working on integrating data from three source systems , building Bronze, Silver and Gold data layers , and preparing data for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.

• Design and implement data models across the Bronze, Silver and Gold layers.

• Transform and prepare data for analytics and reporting .

• Collaborate with the team to support the development of data visualization and reporting solutions.

• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of the data platform throughout the MVP phase.

Requirements

• Mid/Senior-level experience in Data Engineering .

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric .

• Experience with data ingestion and ETL/ELT processes .

• Good understanding of data modelling and data architecture concepts.

• Experience preparing and transforming data for analytics .

• Experience working with layered data architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold) is a plus.

• Previous experience in banking or other regulated environments is a plus.
