About the Role

The DTM works within the Delivery area, in conjunction with the Delivery Project Manager (DPM), supporting all technical aspects necessary for the implementation of products for clients. Their role is to stay updated on the products, understanding how they function in terms of functionalities, technical characteristics, and available configuration options, to ensure a correct and successful integration into the client's environment. The DTM participates from the project kickoff, providing technical definitions and accompanying the planning and implementation process in an advisory role, ensuring rapid problem resolution. Their ability to proactively detect any issues that may affect the correct installation and execution of the product is key. The DTM's focus is to technically lead the implementation of solutions, accompanying the client from architecture design to production deployment. As a technical focal point, the DTM responds to any technical queries or problems. They also gather information and perform the detailed analysis necessary for escalation to engineering, collaborating in the search for the best solution. The DTM is also expected to support post-sales consulting instances when the client requests personalized technical assistance. The DTM must be able to work under pressure, communicate clearly, and manage demanding client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or technical training with equivalent professional certifications.
  • English Level: Appropriate for the role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in technical implementation roles is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading technical teams is a plus.

  • Logical analysis of integrations / testing / problem determination.
  • Troubleshooting and log analysis.
  • AWS and Azure cloud environments for production applications.
  • Knowledge of client-server architecture.
