Key Responsibilities

Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software using .NET Core and ReactJS. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Technical Leadership: Lead by example by actively participating in coding and technical problem-solving.

Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and performance. Drive technical innovation and promote best practices within the team. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards. Problem Solving: Identify and address technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks. Propose and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.

Experience

7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET Core. Extensive experience with ReactJS and front-end development. Technical

Preferred Qualifications
