About the role
Join us in shaping the deployment backbone of a distributed AWS microservices platform. You'll work closely with engineering teams, Tech Leads, and our central DevOps squad to build automation, infrastructure, and tooling that make shipping software fast, safe, and painless. If you love solving hard infrastructure problems and helping developers move quicker, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Design and scale CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure provisioning
- Manage Kubernetes clusters — availability, security, networking, and traffic
- Coordinate releases across teams, including Git workflows and database version control
- Build observability tooling (monitoring, logging, dashboards) and support incident response
- Partner with Dev Leads to unblock deployments and shape infrastructure standards
What you bring
- 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE running production microservices on Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Solid CI/CD experience (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
- Comfort with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Experience with observability tooling (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Nice to have
- Service mesh experience (Istio, Envoy)
- Database schema migration tools (e.g. Liquibase)
- Artifact management (Nexus, ECR)
- Scripting (Bash, Node.js)
- API management platforms (e.g. Apigee)
- GitOps practices, Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
- Agile/Scrum experience
