Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Michigan
Remote | Full-Time
Peregrine Health partners with community health organizations to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care, delivered by supported, full-time clinicians.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license; must have an active and unrestricted license in Michigan
- 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
- Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
- Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
- Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
