Quant Developer @ P&H Capital

We're looking for a Quantitive Developer (Market Making / HFT, Polymarket) to join P&H Capital , a multi-strategy hedge fund focused on crypto, prediction and traditional markets. This one is 50/50 research/development, building on existing trading infrastructure.

You will

• Research and develop new Market Making / HFT strategies.

• Analyze market behavior and microstructure.

• Build models for fair price, fills, adverse selection and other strategy components.

• Run research, backtests and production analysis with the quant team; investigate backtest vs. live discrepancies.

• Develop, maintain and optimize existing infrastructure.

• Build and improve our exchange, data connectors and execution logic.

• Work on backtesting and its alignment with production.

Requirements

• Strong Golang coding skills.

• Knowledge of statistics and data analysis.

• Practical ML experience, ideally applied to financial / time-series data.

• Any experience with trading strategies development, backtesting/simulation or production trading systems.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of market microstructure, order book dynamics, maker/taker execution, fills, slippage, adverse selection.

• ClickHouse expertise.

• C++ or Rust knowledge.
