Who You Are

You are a structured, proactive, and analytical partner-management professional who combines operational discipline with strong relationship-building skills. You challenge incomplete information, communicate clearly across cultures and time zones, and follow issues through to documented closure.

You are equally comfortable managing detailed onboarding and systems-of-record administration and leading direct conversations about partner readiness, performance, compliance, and corrective action. You balance productive long-term partnerships with sound judgment, process integrity, customer impact, and business accountability.

About The Role

As the Subcontractor-Partner Manager, you will own the operational execution of Myriad360's subcontractor-partner lifecycle, from sourcing, qualification, onboarding, competitive bidding, and systems administration through engagement monitoring, performance management, corrective action, requalification, and continuous improvement. You will report to the VP of Subcontractor-Partner Program Management and work closely with Strategic Priorities Operations and cross-functional stakeholders in the United States.

Other responsibilities include:

Subcontractor-Partner Operations Onboarding Analyst

  • Operations Process and Systems Execution: Perform defined Service Strategic Priorities Operations workflows within the processes, controls, data standards, and systems managed by Sarah Gold and her team; coordinate access, issue resolution, workflow changes, and data-quality improvements with Strategic Priorities Operations.
  • Partner Master Data and Onboarding: Maintain the consolidated subcontractor-partner database; create and update partner records; connect partners to customers, projects, services, geographies, spend, capabilities, certifications, contracts, SOWs, compliance status, evaluations, and performance history.
  • Qualification, Compliance, and Requalification: Research prospective partners; collect and validate onboarding, insurance, security, certification, contract, compliance information; administer annual requalification; and post approved status changes to the systems of record.
  • Quote, Bid, and Selection Administration: Manage standardized quote solicitations, track responses, normalize pricing, evaluate compliance and value, prepare scoring matrices and recommendations, and document shared selection decisions and supporting evidence.
  • Contract, SOW, and Engagement Setup: Coordinate Solution Provider Agreement (SPA’s), similar to Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), but for Subcontractors, contracts, Solution Proposal’s (SP’s) similar to Statements of Work (SOW’s), reviews, approvals, and engagement setup; confirm active work is linked to an approved partner and authorized SP/SOW; identify and escalate missing or unauthorized documentation.
  • Evaluations, Scorecards, and Engagement Health: Administer engagement closeouts and evaluations; maintain scorecards, capability records, RAG health, performance trends, project-status information, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Exception and Corrective-Action Tracking: Maintain cost, effort, schedule, quality, customer, rework, replacement-cost, customer-credit, margin-erosion, double-effort, and recovery logs; track owners, due dates, evidence, escalation, and closure status.
  • Reporting, Sourcing, and Improvement: Prepare dashboards, QBR materials, management reports, meeting records, and action logs; perform capability, capacity, certification, and geographic gap analysis; document procedures; track milestones; and escalate operational or security risks.

Subcontractor-Partner Manager

  • Program Operations: Manage the daily operating cadence for partner readiness, engagement follow-up, performance reviews, requalification, corrective actions, escalation, and reporting.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as a primary operational contact for approved partners, reinforce customer, communication, quality, documentation, and accountability standards, and build productive long-term relationships.
  • Shared Partner Selection: Review partner qualifications, delivery capability, availability, geography, pricing, compliance, past performance, customer fit, and risk; participate with Bill Bickham and applicable stakeholders in criteria-based selection decisions. The role does not select partners unilaterally.
  • Engagement Risk and Performance Management: Review subcontractor-supported engagements for scope, schedule, quality, documentation, communication, customer impact, cost, margin, and non-green conditions; use evaluations and scorecards to drive timely response and recommend partner-status changes.
  • Corrective Action and Recovery: Lead partner corrective-action discussions, confirm owners and closure criteria, hold parties accountable for completion, and support recovery or commercial action for rework, replacement costs, credits, margin leakage, and delivery failures.
  • Compliance, Requalification, and Partner Status: Review compliance and annual requalification information, resolve or escalate gaps, and recommend preferred, approved, conditional, inactive, restricted, suspended, held, or reinstated status based on documented evidence.
  • Cross-Functional Governance: Coordinate with Strategic Priorities Operations, PMO, Delivery, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Security, Presales, Solution Architecture, Sales, and partner teams; lead QBRs, assess capacity and pipeline readiness, and recommend improvements to standards, workflows, tools, and the partner ecosystem.
