Are you ready to shape the future of data?

Matillion is the company behind Maia , the AI Data Automation platform.

In the AI economy, demand for data is exploding. Manual data engineering can’t keep up. Maia fixes that by combining 15 years of data expertise with agentic AI to eliminate the manual work that slows data teams down. Organisations like Cisco, DocuSign, and Slack are already using it to deliver real business impact, faster.

We started in Manchester and now we’re global - with teams across the UK, US and India.

We are driven, curious, energetic people who move fast, think big and hold ourselves to a high standard. We’re here to make a dent in the universe bigger than ourselves. And we’re looking for people who want to be part of it.

As Senior Partner Alliances Manager, you’ll drive pipeline and revenue through Matillion’s US partner ecosystem, focusing on Boutique System Integrators and select Global System Integrators (GSIs). You’ll build executive relationships, run scalable co-sell motions, and enable partners to position Matillion from the first project conversation through delivery. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture, and coach fellow Partner Alliances Managers along the way.

You’re entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven, and confident influencing senior stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, take ownership, and lead with integrity. You’re passionate about partners, customer satisfaction, and technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and execute the US partner strategy and regional plan for your assigned partners, aligned with Matillion’s commercial goals and global partnerships roadmap.
  • Build executive and BD/sales relationships at partners, and act as the senior US sponsor for key alliances.
  • Establish and run co-sell programs between Matillion sales teams and partner sales organizations, and support the GSI motion.
  • Enable partners to position Matillion from project inception through delivery, with sales training that complements their existing programs.
  • Manage shared and funded marketing programs, set up technical enablement events, and attend joint events and technical sessions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Solution Architecture, including Partner SA.
  • Own partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, revenue, and retention for your partners. Track it with scorecards, KPIs, and Salesforce and Tableau dashboards, and share monthly and quarterly plans with leadership.
  • Bring partner feedback on competitors, trends, and industry changes back to the business.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years in partner program management, partner development or channel sales in business technology + 3-5 years in a closing sales role.
  • Proven success managing Boutique SIs and GSIs and building co-sell programs in a SaaS, cloud, data, or analytics business.
  • A track record of hitting quarterly and annual pipeline, revenue, or growth targets.
  • Enterprise software experience and a solid understanding of cloud computing technology and utility pricing models.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute quickly, including hands-on contribution to key deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel (~30%).
