KYC Operations Unit is expanding and is looking for a Senior Specialist who will be responsible for KYC, EDD, OEDD process execution within expected quality targets. The unit plays integral part in the Bank first line of defense against financial crime and you can be a part of it.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct account/customer reviews in accordance with internal procedures, using bank systems, public databases, and official registers

  • Timely report identified financial crime risks to the appropriate bank unit

  • Prepare customer due diligence reports and provide recommendations for effective customer risk management

  • Deliver training to colleagues and support specialists in resolving complex cases

  • Support the Team Lead in organizing daily operations, including ensuring team coordination, implementation of decisions, and process continuity

  • Communicate with customers remotely (via email and online banking) to obtain the necessary information (KYC updates, explanations regarding completed transactions)

  • Enter and manage received information in banking systems

  • Perform quality checks on CDD, EDD, and OEDD cases and communicate the results to the relevant stakeholders

  • Conduct periodic customer and account reviews to ensure compliance

  • Maintain regular communication with Relationship Managers to obtain information about customers and account activities

  • Document investigation findings and provide recommendations to other company departments

What We Expect:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector or another industry involving customer data quality reviews (KYC and similar processes)

  • Higher education in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • Strong professional skills and experience in the KYC area (CDD/EDD/OEDD)

  • Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and developments, ensuring continuous professional growth (preferably demonstrated through relevant training and certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or similar)

  • High level of accountability and responsibility in performing job duties

  • Ability to effectively adapt to change and proactively propose solutions in non-standard situations

  • Accuracy, a positive attitude, and strong analytical thinking skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team, taking responsibility for successful collaboration with business units and colleagues

  • High ethical standards, integrity, a good reputation, and a commitment to following best practices.

  • Native Lithuanian and excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, as the role requires communication with colleagues across all Baltic countries.
