About us
Log my Care is one of the UK’s leading care management platforms, trusted by over 2,000 care organisations and an NHS-assured Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) supplier. Our mission is to help hundreds of thousands of carers provide better quality care to the UK’s most vulnerable people. Most care providers have now moved from paper to digital care records, so the challenge has shifted from digitising to getting real value from that record: less admin for carers, better insight for managers, and more connected care across health and social care. We’re passionate about leading that next step with our intuitive mobile app and web-based tools that make delivering exceptional care far easier for hard-working carers.
The role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Chief Product Officer
💰 Salary Range : Competitive + bonus + equity
🏢 Location: This role is based in London. Our mandatory in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
This role is based in London, and our in-office days are Wednesdays & Fridays.
With a new CEO in place to drive the next phase of growth, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join the Leadership Team and help deliver it.
AI has already reshaped our engineering function, which now ships at real pace. The prize is doing the same for product and design: making good decisions faster, using AI to turn ideas into products without compromising quality, and streamlining how we launch.
You'll report to the CEO and lead three squads (three PMs, two designers and product marketing), working closely with the leadership team to establish solid product foundations, close alignment with GTM and a product strategy the whole company rallies behind.
As an Chief Product Officer you will:
(Responsibilities & Deliverables)
Product Strategy & Operating Model
The Operating Model & Roadmap:
-
Own how work gets prioritised, scoped, designed and launched.
-
Own how the roadmap is built and how it changes.
-
Reduce friction in how sales and CS requests are prioritised.
-
Ensure we communicate the roadmap clearly, internally and to the Board.
Product Strategy:
- Create company-wide clarity and alignment on product strategy to enable faster decision making and delivery.
Commercial & Growth
Commercial Outcomes:
-
Shape pricing and packaging alongside commercial leadership.
-
Own product's contribution to growth: adoption, retention, expansion and win rates.
AI & Innovation
AI Enabled Product & Design:
-
Build tooling foundations for insight, analysis and prototyping.
-
Develop an AI-enabled design system.
-
Create a fast-track path from scope to prototype to ship.
Leadership & People Management
The Team:
-
Coach and develop three PMs and two designers.
-
Raise the bar on levelling and hiring.
Regulatory & Data Responsibilities
Product Compliance & Safety:
-
Working with our CTO and DPO, make sure our product meets NHS DSCR assurance standards.
-
Ensure the product supports interoperability with health and care systems.
-
Ensure the product follows clinical safety standards.
-
Ensure the product is built with privacy-by-design under UK GDPR.
We'd love to hear from you if you:
(Experience, Skills & Capability)
-
Have a track record as a product leader in VC/PE backed vertical SaaS, with operating models you've installed, and the measurable difference they made to speed or predictability.
-
Have evidence of leading AI Transformation: changing how a function works with AI to deliver real value.
-
Have experience building product–sales alignment in B2B SaaS, without tipping into a feature factory.
-
Have a background building mission driven product, or tech-for-good.
-
Have a track record as an exceptional CPO with ruthless prioritisation, delegation and deep experience to fall back on – this is critical.
-
Have extensive demonstrable senior leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
-
Have a proven track record of scaling revenue from £5m to £20m ARR.
-
Have experience of building AI and best in class technology to drive optimal performance.
-
Can lead teams of 20+ people successfully – internationally is desirable.
-
Have genuine empathy for carers and care providers, and a drive to understand their world first-hand.
-
Are curious and data-informed, but comfortable making calls without perfect information.
-
Are low ego and hands-on, happy to roll up your sleeves in a lean, growth-stage team.
-
Are a clear, honest communicator who can say no well and bring people with you.
-
Thrive on pace and ambiguity, bringing structure without bureaucracy.
-
Have the ability to drive a culture of meeting targets.
-
Are a fantastic communicator able to form relationships internally and with key customers.
-
Are very comfortable with forming relationships at Board level.
-
Have clearly demonstrated, at leadership level, exposure to working with investors and to raising further investment rounds.

-
