You will operate as a Systems Analyst , serving as the critical bridge between complex regulatory business needs (includingTAI Reinsurance for Annuity System) and robust, scalable technical implementations. You will documentsolutions in partnership with key stakeholders and application support teams to ensure our systemsdeliver institutional growth and stability.Key Responsibilities & Impact:Solution Ownership: Act as the primary bridge between business units, IT teams, and externalproduct vendors;Requirements Engineering: Translate complex financial business processes and integration needsinto clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements;Design & Blueprints: Provide expert design recommendations, own system blueprints for projectsand enhancements, and maintain the enterprise integration catalog;Quality Assurance: Support rigorous testing efforts and create comprehensive application andsystem documentation across the organization. Experience
