  • Lead the performance review cycles and coach managers on goal setting, feedback, performance improvement and team issues.
  • Own end-to-end payroll and ensure accurate, on-time pay and clean monthly reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain salary bands and compensation ranges using market benchmarking, and advise leaders on offers, promotions and pay decisions.
  • Manage and continuously improve benefits programs across countries, balancing local market practices, statutory requirements and cost.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, answering questions and handling employee matters, investigations and difficult conversations with sound judgment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations across all countries, and update policies, contracts and handbooks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role at technology-based companies
  • Hands-on experience managing HR operations for international employee groups, especially in Europe and North America
  • Proven ownership of multi-country payroll and benefits administration
  • Experience building compensation ranges or salary bands
  • Strong working knowledge of employment compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience driving excellence across onboarding, performance management, employee relations and compliance
  • Self-driven and proactive, with strong attention to detail

  • You will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education.
  • Opportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.
  • Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
