Responsibilities Develop and enhance banking functionality using the Kony platform Maintain and improve existing application components Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into reliable solutions Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application stability Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other project stakeholders Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design Follow established development standards and contribute to high-quality delivery 4.5+ years of professional experience as a Kony Developer Strong hands-on experience with Kony application development Experience developing functionality for banking or financial applications Ability to work effectively within a distributed team Proactive and solution-oriented approach Strong communication and collaboration skills English proficiency at B2 level or higher
