Attorney – Insurance Defense || Remote Role - Western Pennsylvania

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney based in Western Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a self-directed attorney with substantial insurance defense experience who can independently manage high-value and complex litigation matters with minimal supervision.

The attorney will work remotely and contribute to the firm's regional presence, professional relationships, and continued growth throughout Western Pennsylvania. Location: Western Pennsylvania, PA Job Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Practice Areas Insurance Defense | Complex Casualty Litigation | Large Loss | General Liability Key Responsibilities Independently manage insurance defense matters from inception through resolution, including high-value and complex litigation.

Develop case strategies and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents. Conduct and defend depositions. Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation.

Take ownership of significant litigation matters with minimal supervision. Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, claims professionals, self-insured entities, and corporate clients. Build regional professional relationships and contribute to the growth of the insurance defense practice throughout Western Pennsylvania.
