Growth Marketing Manager

HiO (hio.ai) | Growth Marketing Manager | Remote (US, Eastern hours) | Full-time | $140K–$160K + equity

HiO is an AI business partner for small business owners. It works across their customer conversations on Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS and email, spots opportunities and flags what needs the owner’s attention. We’ve raised a $16M seed round and we’re a small team that moves fast. We need our first growth hire, and you’d own the growth engine end to end. That means paid social and search with real budget accountability, SEO and visibility in AI/LLM answers, landing page and signup conversion, referral, and testing new channels and killing the ones that don’t work. You’d also build the measurement layer from scratch: funnel instrumentation, CAC/LTV and activation metrics. There’s no dedicated growth engineer, so you’ll build your own automation: AI-assisted creative testing, automated reporting and agentic campaign workflows.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in growth at a SaaS company (SMB or PLG at seed or Series A is ideal).
• You’ve owned the full funnel yourself rather than executing someone else’s strategy, and you can show specific workflows you’ve automated with AI.
• This is a hands-on role with no team to manage near-term.
